Building an Environment Solution
The Goal of this project was to enable new users to create an environment solution that fit their needs. When a customer first comes to the product, they are overwhelmed by the amount complex services available. The solution for this was to create premade solutions for the customer depending on their needs. These premade solutions allowed the customer to get into the workflow, without worrying if they had the right products.

Trial a Service
One way we helped the customer explore the products was by allowing the user to create trial environments with any of the services, and allowing them to deploy the product to the platforms cloud. The easy to deploy solutions allowed customers to configure their out of the box solutions by simplifying complex services.
Quick Start
To enable customers to get right in on the action, we utilized Pendo to create quick start guides, that allow users to really get into what the solution can do for them. Customers were quickly able to identify tasks they needed to do to get the most out of the products.
Enabling Customers
This entire flow focused on enabling customers to access and utilize the services in the platform. By providing solution packages, we assure the customer they are getting everything they need. Whether setting up new users, linking applications, or creating advanced authentication policies, intuitive design makes it easy.
